Our Mission
Pelvic Project is a personalised online platform designed to make pelvic health care accessible, affordable, and evidence-based.
Our goal is to tackle the gap between rising private healthcare prices and long public sector waiting times by offering a trusted, healthcare-led digital solution for pelvic health.
We provide personalised exercise programs, educational resources, and self-management tools that empower people to take control of their pelvic health — from the comfort of their home, at a fraction of the usual cost.
The Pelvic Project journey starts by addressing the significant gap in post-natal care: the first 0-6 weeks. A period that may in-fact be the most influential on post-natal recovery, but to date remains the most neglected. From here we aim to develop the content that covers an entire lifetime of pelvic health, from puberty to post-menopause.
Our Vision
Pelvic Project is more than an app.
It’s a movement — to bring pelvic health out of the shadows, open up conversations, and give people the confidence and knowledge to manage their own wellbeing. We are building a platform that empowers individuals, reduces inequalities, and gives back to the global community.
Why We’re Raising Funds
We’ve built the foundation; the research, the clinical expertise, and the vision. Now, we’re raising funds to bring Pelvic Project to life and make high-quality pelvic health support available to everyone who needs it.
Your contribution will help us develop and launch our digital platform and create accessible health content that can reach communities worldwide.
Where Your Support Goes
Your donation will help us:
Build the first version of the app and platform
Create physiotherapist-led exercise and education content
Design a supportive, easy-to-use experience
