Matilda Wilkinson

Pelvic Project Co-Founder

Matilda is a pelvic health physiotherapist working across two London clinics. With a background in sport science and a personal love for movement—from walking to kitesurfing—she is passionate about helping women of all ages manage their pelvic floor symptoms so they can return to the activities they love.

Alongside her clinical work, Matilda has a strong interest in research and uses emerging evidence to guide her practice and shape better pelvic health solutions. She also brings a creative direction lens to Pelvic Project, combining design thinking with user-centred care to make pelvic health education more modern, engaging, and accessible.

As co-founder of Pelvic Project, Matilda blends her clinical expertise, research focus, and creative vision to help build inclusive, evidence-led support for diverse communities.
