Our Team

Post-natal recovery is a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual journey. We have collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to support all aspects of your wellbeing through this period.

Alison Lovett

Alison trained as a general nurse at St Thomas’ Hospital, and underwent midwifery training as a nursing officer in the army, subsequently also training in homeopathy.

Now retired from clinical practice, she works exclusively with breastfeeders. Focusing on providing advice and guidance throughout the first crucial six weeks while lactation establishes, Alison works with new parents to promptly iron out any difficulties, and optimising the natural lactation cycle, uses methods based on her extensive experience, as well as the most recent clinical evidence and research.

Lactation Therapist

Alexandra Marie

Alexandra is a registered nutritionist, functional medicine practitioner and hormone health expert.

She is passionate about demystifying the nutrition noise for people, helping you to understand that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach; that similar symptoms can have different root causes amongst us, and how personalised nutrition can help address this.
